Since Jackson's birthday is so close to St Patricks day he decided to take rainbow cupcakes to school. He really enjoyed helping me make them and was very excited to take them in. I saw them several other places also. Such a cool idea.

I made a rainbow cake awhile back for a rainbow dinner. The cake was what you got if you tried a food from every color!
